We are seeking a Senior Power Systems Engineer with expertise in static, dynamic, and stability studies for transmission systems.

In this role, you will conduct specialised power system studies focused primarily on HVDC links and FACTS projects across Europe. Strong proficiency in RMS simulation platforms, particularly DIgSILENT PowerFactory, is essential. Experience with converter control theory and/or HVDC modelling will be considered a significant advantage.

You will also support and mentor junior team members, contributing to both their development and the successful delivery of technically demanding projects.

  • Conduct and execute power system studies for transmission-system applications.
  • Coordinate and manage study execution to support successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project efficiency and technical effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in power system studies.
  • Strong proficiency in DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
  • Knowledge of PSCAD and/or PSS®E will be considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of converter control theory and/or HVDC modelling is highly desirable.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.
